No, you do not have to uninstall your current version of Dragon Medical; however, it is recommended to save yourself time.
**If you DO NOT have your original Dragon Medical 10.0 DVD, it is NOT recommended to uninstall 10.0.**
If you choose to uninstall your current version and you want to retain your User profile(s), answer “Yes” when you are asked if you want to keep your user files during un-installation.

I know first hand that Dragon Medical produces excellent speech recognition software. The technology has been around for over 10 years but Dragon Medical has the best speech software hands down.

Speech recognition has gotten a bad reputation over the past several years. However, it REALLY WORKS ! Dragon Medical is the best speech recognition software.
