Excellent product overall, especially for the money, but needs to improve for meaningful use. Company has a replacement web-base product coming out in the next year that will probably address most current shortcomings. But until then, they are scrambling to retrofit the existing product with functionality to meet meaningful use criteria. The three stars for training is not for the quality of the training, but for the price. $125/hr over telephone = too much. On site training costs are similarly inflated.
Still is hard to beat for the price, I would buy it again. If I were buying again, the competitors I would compare it with are are eCW for the same money, Amazing Charts for less money, or Sage and Greenway for more money.

1. Speed of writing notes
2. Number of templates that come with it
3. Good GUI
4. Highly customizable
5. Decent patient portal
6. Good customer support
7. Active user community
8. Good annual meeting
9. Good trainers
10. Good eprescribing module
11. Able to unsign a note for 24 hrs- this is huge
12. Good document management
Cons
1. Shortcuts can't be shared between males/females like templates can
2. Some data not shared between modules like it should be
3. One user can't have a note open on two different computers
4. Formulary function not-ready-for-primetime
5. External facility (NH,hospital, etc) billing function not-ready-for-primetime.
6. Lacks smartphone interface
7. Reports rely too heavily on crystal reports
8. Both EHR and PMS need "click reduction"- 5 clicks could be 2 with proper attention
9. Online training too expensive - $125 per hour
10. Needs kiosk function to facilitate patient entry of data
