One of our biggest worries was implementing an EHR system remotely. IOS offered us onsite training, but due to the way our office set up, remote training just made more sense. IOS promised it would go smooth and everything went as promised. They got our office up and running in the time they promised AND THEY DELIVERED EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED WHEN I SIGNED MY CONTRACT. If you have dealt with a lot of other companies, you know this rarely happens. They did a really good job training, implementing, and servicing remotely. We now have complete faith in their abilities to conduct business remotely. Their team is first class.

Ive been through a few systems and I was dreading the fact of switching systems again, but I am very satisfied and happy with my choice with Medios. It was such a painless experience working with their team. I was really happy with their support, I always had people calling and checking up on me, always spoke to someone who had answers for me when I called. Easy to use system, great service, and fast implementation to sum it all up.

If your looking for a good web based EHR thats easy to learn, cost effective, wont slow you down, and that will work on mac, iphone, ipad, etc. Then you should really consider medios.

Yes it does. My main worries is that it was going to slow me down and that it would either take time from my patients or add extra time at the end of the day. As it turned out I was able to keep my normal daily patient volume. Our office is more organized, more efficient, which in turn allows us to give better care.

Pros
Medios has a real nice look to it. They customized the templates to my documentation style, and spent good quality time training everyone in the office on how to use the system. This was a major plus, the way they trained us and our staff was amazing. In addition Medios works great with my ipad and iphone...This is important because no matter where Im at I can access patients information if needed.
