I'm very excited about Eclipsys' new "Helios" platform and the changes coming for PeakPractice. Very innovative and future-friendly.

Purchased from
Manufacturer
Cost
It has been quite a while since purchase. Pricing is within industry norms.
Does it Improve the Quality of Care
It does. Workflow changes, as with all EHRs, are phenomenally challenging, but once flows improve with new process patterns becoming SOP, the quality of information flow and access increases dramatically.
Relationship to Manufacturer - If Any
Have since become friends, but no financial relationship has ever existed.
Pros
Beautiful. Progressive development team. Great people behind the product. Customizable. Lots of bells and whistles.
Cons
Massive. Lots of bells and whistles. Hard to wrap your brain around the entire offering and the vast capabilities of the product. (With time and gradual broadening of experience, this "con" fades.) Still some programming glitches and grammatical issues scattered deep within, though these are diminishing.
