It has lots of potential but the company spends more money on tech support to solve problems than on programmers to make the program easier and more intuitive. Its a very good software. But the biggest issue is the expense of annual maintenance fees. They charge 18% of the CURRENT total cost! That means you may pay $50K initially but will pay another $8K every year. There are other less powerful EMRs out there that are JUST AS fine and cost a small small fraction of Nextech but if money is no object then this is the best total modular EMR system.
