It has lots of potential but the company spends more money on tech support to solve problems than on programmers to make the program easier and more intuitive. Its a very good software. But the biggest issue is the expense of annual maintenance fees. They charge 18% of the CURRENT total cost! That means you may pay $50K initially but will pay another $8K every year. There are other less powerful EMRs out there that are JUST AS fine and cost a small small fraction of Nextech but if money is no object then this is the best total modular EMR system.

Very complex and moldable. Great customer service and great immediate tech support.
very complex and too moldable! Too complex. Everything needs to be "customized."
