Company has a replacement web-base product coming out in the next year that will probably address most current shortcomings. But until then, they are scrambling to retrofit the existing product with functionality to meet meaningful use criteria. The three stars for training is not for the quality of the training, but for the price. $125/hr over telephone = too much. On site training costs are similarly inflated. Still is hard to beat for the price, I would buy it again.
