IOS offered us onsite training, but due to the way our office set up, remote training just made more sense. IOS promised it would go smooth and everything went as promised. They got our office up and running in the time they promised AND THEY DELIVERED EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED WHEN I SIGNED MY CONTRACT. If you have dealt with a lot of other companies, you know this rarely happens. They did a really good job training, implementing, and servicing remotely. We now have complete faith in their abilities to conduct business remotely.
