Most practices don't have that much extra cash lying around, so stimulous funds are worth while as long as the Feds don't decide to exert the kind of control over stimulous recipients as they chose to exert over GM. In addition since I am an unemployed IT worker I could use some stimulus, as could probably alot of others. I am still trying to figure out how this is also suppose the help the IT industry, since the majority and I do mean majority have no medical experience, except for doctors visits.
